Payment
Jobs at or under $150 are paid in full up front. Larger jobs are paid 50% deposit and 50% on approval. Prices are on the rate card.
Usage rights
The base price includes organic use on the brand's own channels for 12 months from delivery. Paid-ad usage, whitelisting, Spark Ads, and exclusivity are sold separately and are listed on the rate card. Paid usage starts on the delivery date. Exclusivity means 90 days in the same product category, named in the agreement. Jakin Harper keeps copyright in delivered videos and grants the brand a license under the terms agreed at booking.
Revisions
Two rounds of revisions are included with each video. An additional round costs $50.
Delivery
Turnaround and delivery dates are agreed per job at booking. Rush delivery under 72 hours carries an additional fee, listed on the rate card.
Disclosure
Paid content carries the disclosure the platform requires, such as #ad or a paid partnership label. If any part of a video uses AI, that is disclosed separately, in addition to the paid partnership disclosure.
